Combine one to two fresh tomatoes with one tablespoon of lemon juice and a small amount of gram flour with turmeric powder. Then, apply the paste around your eyes. After 10-20 minutes, rinse the paste with water. Repeat this process 2-3 times per week to brighten your skin and slowly fade the dark circles you fear.

Sore Throats

Harsh winters can cause sore throats, and even tonsilitis and strep throat in extreme cases. Although cough drops and tea can make your throat feel better, they will not be able to heal the problem. We are going to share the easiest and most natural way to get rid of your throat pain. Mix 1/2 cup warm water with 1/4 teaspoon powdered turmeric or garlic. Gargle for about half an hour. This will allow the spices to kill the bacteria. You can repeat the gargling depending on how severe your sore throat is.
