iPhone 14 (2022): Here Is Everything We Know So Far

iPhone 14: ditching the mini in favor of the inexpensive Max 

This year too, four models in Apple iPhone 14 line will be out, but with something very different this time: the model with the smallest screen will disappear, whereas the one with the largest will appear, the current iPhone models, with the exception of the “budget” SE. 

Nevertheless, this year the situation will differ a little bit. The fact is that since its inception, Apple has had the lowest demand for the mini version of all iPhones: this model represents only about 5% of the company’s total sales. Due to this deplorable state of affairs, the company decided to replace the weakest link with the strongest one by the fall of 2022. 

In particular, instead of a mini, iPhone Max will appear in the line – a smartphone with the same large screen as in Pro Max, but approximately $ 200-300 cheaper. As a result, in 2022, Apple will show these models: 

6.1” – iPhone (basic version); 

6.7″ – iPhone Max; 

6.1″ – iPhone Pro; 

6.7″ – iPhone Pro Max.
