These Strawberry-Cream Popsicles are a perfect summer treat

Summer is here! We’re ready. Why? We have the best Strawberries and Cream Popsicles. Yes, it’s true. We have a healthier, more natural alternative to sugary popsicles. This doesn’t hurt your taste buds. We have the perfect recipe thanks to Jessica Rosen, a certified holistic coach and president at Raw Generation, a tasty pre-made juice company and smoothie maker. This smoothie popsicle recipe can be used in the morning as a healthy breakfast. Yeah, we’re sold.

Ingredients:

3 cups frozen strawberries1 1/2 cup coconut milk
2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of natural sweetener (such as pure maple syrup, honey, or Stevia).

Directions:

Use a food processor to puree the strawberries. Combine coconut milk, lemon juice and vanilla extract in a bowl. Add the sweetener. You should alternate between pouring strawberry puree and then a thinner layer coconut mix into popsicle moulds. Continue this process until all the ingredients are used up. Place the popsicle sticks in the fisherman’s mouth and freeze for at most four hours. Six is better. Enjoy!
