Get up: This Almond Ginger Monkey Smoothie recipe is what you need

There are many smoothie recipes, but let’s face it, not all of them. That’s not a surprise, is it? You can ensure that your recipe is delicious and healthy by using specific ingredients. Fitness Magazine provided us with the perfect smoothie recipe. Below are five ingredients that we recommend you add to the smoothie.

Banana – Bananas are rich in fiber, potassium and vitamin B6. This helps you to maintain your bone, kidney and cardiovascular health.

Ginger: Ginger has anti-inflammatory and digestive tract soothing properties.

Almond Butter Almond butter adds protein and releases various minerals, like magnesium and manganese. These two substances may reduce your risk of developing cardiovascular disease and help you lose weight. It sounds pretty good!

Hemp Seeds – Hemp seeds are a great source of plant-based protein. They are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which can provide anti-inflammatory benefits.

Water: Instead of coconut water, high-calorie juices, or processed nut milk, you can use water as the base. This will not only help you to save calories but also hydrates your cells and supports your digestive system. Water? Who would have thought it, eh. Kidding, kidding.
