You don’t have to get up at 4 AM to prepare the coffee smoothie. This coffee smoothie is easy… but it’s easier.

These ingredients are required:

1x Fresh Banana – 1x Handful of Pecans
1x bag of almonds
1x tablespoon dried chia seeds
– 2x Whole Dates
– 1x cup milk
1 tablespoon peanut butter
Coffee – Your usual amount

How to Make It:

It doesn’t get any easier for guys or girls.

Place the banana into small pieces and break them up. Next, add the peanut butter, dates, chia seeds, and nuts to the blender. Then, pour in your cup of milk. You can use whatever kind of milk you like. Once you see the mixture become a beautiful mushy soft-serve mush, add your coffee. Mix the coffee well, then pour it into a cup. The blender can be used to make the coffee. It’s a dream come true for me!
